THE TOOTH FAIRY STORY: CREATED FOR A COLLECTIBLE COIN SERIES

Tucked far away in the giant Elderwoods is a small, magic town called BerryGood.

And in this magical town, when you look around, you’ll see hundreds of creatures working hard with no frowns. They keep the town in tip-top shape, so their friends can live in a fun, happy place.

Each creature is special, and has a unique job...

The trolls repair bridges and maintain the roads, for their friends to drive safe with their carloads.

Nature loving Elves, keep trees and critters well. They use medicine, such as hugs, to heal living cells.

Dwarves work in the mines, for resources and treasure, like silver and gold, and oil for good measure.

The gnomes bake the bread to feed the whole town. They all feast, laugh and dance! When sun goes down.

The most important of all, are the fairies, so small. They protect the world’s children - all of them, short and tall.

Now, there is a very big law. It is the law of the land

And if it is not followed, magic could be damned!

Here is the law, as it currently stands:

The creatures must stay well out of sight. No humans must see them, or the town’s magic will died

Now, there is one special fairy, and her name is Bella

She’s spellbound by a human girl, dressed up as Cinderella

Bella protects this wee girl from such things

Like standing on bee’s that would give her a sting

So who is this girl, that has Bella’s heart

It’s curly haired Lucy, energetic and smart!

She runs around all day, making a mess, with her mom always yelling, “Lucy, look out! You’re making me stress!”

Bella just giggles - Lucy looks fun!

Full of curiosity and joy, swirling with energy, just like the sun!

Now, late one night, at the beginning of May,

Lucy snuck out of bed to eat oatmeal and raisin cookies. Bella watched, as she tip toed up the hallway.

Reaching up high, too high for young Lucy, she stumbled and dropped the cookie jar lid.

But it landed so soft - it was Bella who caught it! And now stuck underneath, the scared fairy hid.

But she didn’t hide well enough.

Picking up the lid, Lucy looked down.

And whispered to Bella, “thank you wee fairy if my mom heard she’d have a big frown”.

“But how did you know?” Bella squeaked back.

Lucy replied, “I’ve seen you working hard to help me each day, when I make a mess, or break things in play…

… I know about magic, I know what you do. And I know that us humans aren’t meant to know about you”.

So with that, Lucy gives a cookie to her fairy, to say thank you, and sorry, and she’ll be more wary.

But when Bella tries to fly with her special gift

She falls right back down; it’s too big to lift!

She drags it… then rolls it… but just slumps to the ground

“Bella, how will I get this back to my town?”

“No silly you EAT it… just like this!”

And with a mighty great chomp…

Out pops a tooth!

They both stare as it falls with a delicate ‘thomp’.

“Oh my!” exclaims Lucy with a look of surprise.

“Lucy! Good gosh, that’s a prized treasure!”

“Did you know that? May I have it please? No pressure!”

“Wait a minute, here’s what we’ll do.” Bella rummages into her bag, “Here’s a silver fairy coin. Let’s exchange your tooth. I’ll give this coin to you”.

After a moment of deep thought Lucy says…

“Sure, I don’t need this tooth. I ate with it yesterday.

But I have no need for it today”.

So they swap the two treasures. Lucy admires her glistening coin. They both say thank you, and “my pleasure”.

“It’s time for me to go, let me walk you bed” Bella sighs gently.

“I’ll tuck you in, and fairy kiss you on the forehead”.

Lucy walks down the hall, half asleep with her new friend…

Bella tucks her in bed and whispers, “I’ll always watch over you, but you can’t see me again”.

Lucy nods “I know Bella - we have magic to defend”.

So with that being said, Bella the Tooth Fairy, places the silver coin under Lucy’s pillow, and flies up to the top shelf.

She makes her self comfy, right next to the Elf

Watching Lucy snuggle down, in her bed pink and cream,

Bella smiles, knowing she’s having the sweetest of dreams.

The very next day when the birds start to sing,

Lucy wakes up, rubs her eyes, and remembers one thing.

She reaches under her pillow and what does she find?

The shiny silver coin from the tooth fairy.

Smiling, she remembers last night in her mind.

Now fast forward in time, to the month after May,

Lucy’s 2nd tooth falls out, while brushing her teeth one day.

“I know what to do!” Lucy exclaims, and she pops it under her pillow for the tooth fairy to claim.
